    High School education or higher, able to lift up to 50lbs, work in a Mexican Food Restaurant in temperatures ranging from 70 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (educación de Escuela Superior, poder levantar hasta 50 libras, trabajar en un Restaurante de Comida Mexicana en temperaturas de 70 a 90 grados Fahrenheit).

    Opening (Al Abrir)

    1. Verify what needs do be done by asking chef (Revisar con el Chef lo que ocupa para el turno(
    2. Make Guacamole, prep meats for the shift, cut vegetables for various dishes(Hacer Guacamole, preparar carnes para el turno, Cortar Vejetales para varios platillos)
    3. Verify that vegetable stand is stocked {Cheque que el mostrador de vegetales y viandas esté bien surtido}.
    4. Clean refrigerator shelves {Limpie las parrillas del refrigerador}.
    5. Clean tile walls and pillars {Limpie las azulejos y columnas}.

    Mid-Day (Medio dia)

    1. Fill squeezers with guacamole and sour cream {Llene los exprimidores con guacamole y crema}.
    2. Assist chef in the lunch rush by decorating dishes, Work as Griller, Fry cook and expositor. (Asistier el Chef con al servida del lonche, decorar platillos, Manejar la freidora y sacar platillos,
