Los Toros and the Montaño Family have been involved with Kiwanis for over 40 Yrs.  Nicolas Montaño Sr. started giving back to our wonderful community in the early days of Los Toros.  First by sponsoring our Chatsworth Junior Baseball league and then by making sure that our community’s needs were met when called upon.  Now, his son, Nick and Lucia Montaño have taken up that task with many community projects and Fundraisers.  The Chatsworth Holiday parade, Scholarships for our local schools, Street Clean-ups and many other endeavors.   Papa Nick always said “ Take care of your community and your community will take care of you”  Los Toros and the Montaño family have taken these words to heart and live and work by them.
